the staff was very cute and accommodating. the hotel was also clean.. i found the basic rooms had everything i needed. the location was fine with an easy walk to the city center and close to the harbor.

The air conditioning worked great, a relief in the heat.
The room was small and disappointing, not matching what I saw in photos. The patio windows also did not lock, so I had to call someone to fix that, it felt unsafe! When I asked about getting a different room, the staff said that was not possible.

I found the beds very comfy with nice bed linen. My three-night stay included daily room cleaning. The location worked well for a walk into the city, and the neighborhood was quiet. I discovered a few hidden gems nearby for food and drink, a great addition.

the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.
The shower's water temperature fluctuated drastically between hot and cold. This occurred consistently, and it was quite bothersome. i could hear other guests slamming doors. the walls were thin so i could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms.

The front desk employees were efficient. They helped me with directions. My room was clean. It had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was included in my rate. The location was close to downtown.
The safe key didn't work. I had to ask for it to be fixed. The patio windows also did not lock. I arranged for these to be fixed as well.
